BRS Resources LTD traces its origins to 1968, when it was first established as a resource exploration entity in western Canada. Over more than five decades, the company has evolved through multiple commodity cycles — adapting its focus and methodology while maintaining an unwavering commitment to disciplined exploration and responsible development.
Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia — the global centre of junior mining finance — BRS is positioned at the intersection of world-class geological opportunity and sophisticated capital markets. Our team combines decades of field experience with modern exploration technology, enabling us to identify and advance targets that others overlook.
The modern BRS Resources reflects hard-won lessons from a long history of mineral discovery: that meaningful results require patience, technical rigour, and genuine partnership with the communities and environments where we operate. These principles guide every programme we undertake today.
To discover and responsibly develop mineral resources that create lasting value for shareholders, communities, and the natural environments in which we operate.
To become a recognised mid-tier explorer known for technical excellence, financial discipline, and a measurable positive impact in every jurisdiction where we work.
Every programme is evaluated not just for geological merit but for its social licence, environmental footprint, and long-term community benefit. We do not explore where we are not welcome.
The 4,717-hectare Cowtrail property occupies a commanding position in BC's Quesnel Trough — Canada's most productive copper-gold metallogenic belt. In partnership with Cariboo Rose Resources, BRS holds a strategic land package adjacent to the operating Mount Polley and Woodjam copper-gold mines. Recent drilling returned a headline intercept of 1.16 g/t CuEq over 183.33 metres, confirming a bulk-tonnage alkalic porphyry system at depth. The exploration programme combines drone-assisted mapping, 3D geological modelling, and rigorous environmental baseline studies to ensure responsible advancement.
BRS secured a district-scale position within the Mulatos gold belt of Sonora, Mexico — one of Latin America's most prolific epithermal precious metals corridors. The SilverGold Mountain project demonstrates early-stage geological indicators of robust precious metal potential across a large, structurally controlled system. Surface sampling, geophysical surveys, and historical data compilation are advancing toward a maiden drill programme. Existing road access and a supportive local framework underpin efficient exploration delivery.
Minimal-footprint programmes. Environmental and cultural heritage baseline studies conducted before any ground disturbance.
Meaningful engagement with local communities and environmental partners from the earliest planning stages — not as an afterthought.
Timely, accurate disclosure to shareholders, regulators, and the public. We report what we find, not what we wish we had found.
World-class geological methods, modern instrumentation, and rigorous peer-reviewed data interpretation underpin every exploration decision.
Whether you are a current or prospective investor, a geologist interested in collaboration, or a community partner — we welcome open dialogue.
